Perfect to marinate any type of meat and fish, especially tough meat, games and poultry. It is easy to use, just leave your meat or fish to macerate in the sauce for 6 to 7 hours and then, cook it as usual and use the sauce of the marinade as a dressing, It preserves the colours of the food and improves its flavour and texture.
All of them are available in MILD or HOT flavour. Fat free product, low in calories.
Ingredients:  
Water, wine vinegar, fresh purple garlic, salt, vintage wine, grapefruit, modified tapioca starch, olive oil, pineapple juice, carrots, shallots, onions, aromatic herbs, spices, E-330 oxidation inhibitor and E-211 preservatives.
Formats:
285 ml glass bottles & 1 or 2 litre plastic bottles.
