Authentic Mojos are originally from The Canary Islands. They are made using traditional recipes, with sunflower oil, purple garlic from Las Pedroñeras and selected spices and herbs. They make a fantastic accompaniment for potatoes, meat, fish and vegetables. They can also be used as a dip, spread or in any number of dishes.
